💰 3. Payment Terms
We follow transparent and milestone-based billing. Payment terms include:
- Advance payment required to begin any project or consultation.
- Invoices are to be cleared as per mutually agreed schedules.
- Late payments may incur penalties or lead to service disruption.
- Refunds are provided only if agreed in writing under exceptional cases.
🔧 4. Revisions and Support
Each project includes a limited number of revisions based on the package chosen. Additional revisions are chargeable. Maintenance support is available under annual support contracts or as an on-demand service.
📁 5. Content Ownership
Upon full payment, the client holds rights to final approved deliverables. However, we retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio or for promotional purposes unless explicitly restricted in writing.

Clients must not use our services or content for illegal purposes such as fraud, identity theft, harassment, or distribution of malware/spam. We reserve the right to block or report unlawful activity.
📉 7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses that result from using our website, services, or third-party integrations. Service performance may depend on external tools, platforms, and APIs.
